Suzanne
began her time in Hernando County in 2002, building a home with her young
family in Silverthorn. After her husband retired from the Florida National
Guard, she returned again to Hernando County to be closer to their parents. She
has been on both sides of Century 21 Alliance Realty, as a seller, and then
later as a buyer from Gail Spada.

Suzanne
became a realtor in 2017. She is a member of the National Association of
REALTORS (NAR) and the Florida Association of REALTORS (FAR), and is currently
a member of the Hernando County Association of REALTORS (HCAR and FlexMLS).

Suzanne
has resided in the Greater Tampa Bay much of her life. She began her road in
real estate by searching for properties her husband and her could flip. She
loves the challenge of redesigning floor plans and updating them with more
modern styles. With her many years in Hernando County as a teacher, realtor,
and resident of Silverthorn, she brings a wealth of knowledge about the local
area.

Suzanne
enjoys most outdoor activities, spending time with family and is excited to
support those either selling or buying.
